Paper Course Refund Policy
To qualify for a refund, you must return the material in good condition within 30 days of ordering. Refunds are unavailable after the course materials have been used completed. Refunds are unavailable for online and paper courses once the course has been completed for credit. Refunds will be made to the original source of payment within 15 business days. You will receive a full refund less shipping and handling. Unfortunately, there can be no exceptions.
