California 4-Hour Ethics is an insurance continuing education study which will satisfy the ethics requirement. Learn applied ethics - the process of bringing ethical conduct into the workplace. As an insurance professional, be better acquainted with the way every-day work situations are affected by the use of ethical principles. Discover that ethical behavior plays an important role in assuring that parties dealt with by an agent are treated fairly. Understand the difference between law, justice, and ethical behavior. Review how other facets of ethical behavior relate to insurance, given the subjective nature of ethics. Discover that insurance agents are exposed to ethical questions on a regular basis.

This course does not include the California Department of Insurance’s required one-hour Agents and Brokers Anti-Fraud Training. As such, the one hour of study of insurance fraud requirement will not be met upon completing this course.
