Subrogation, a 2 hour continuing education course is intended to give property/casulty or life/accident/health licensees a comprehensive overview of the subrogation process.

Understand the origins of subrogation and the development of subrogation as a legal theory. Examine subrogation components, how it arises, and the objective of subrogation. Look at the types of subrogation and the relation to indemnity insurers, surety interests and rights against trustees. Develop the Made Whole doctrine and how it applies to subrogation. Look at the application of subrogation under ERISA.
