Legal Issues is a CEQ, Class Equivalent, CE course. Remember: you need at least half of your CE in CEQ.

Review the relationship between the legal system and the insurance industry. Uncover legal history, theory, and doctrine. Understand how you are exposed to legal problems, queries, and situations on a regular basis. Be aware of the special relationship of the law and the insurance industry; from contract language, to dealings with subordinates, dealings with clients and just dealing with the general public. Study the unique relationship arising from the fiduciary nature of the insurance business.
